Where are the beans sourced from?
Hanx coffee beans are sourced from Smallholder farmers from around the world.
Is it sustainably/ethically sourced?
Yes.
Where is the coffee produced?
Hanx coffee is roasted in the US. Specifically, Arkansas and California.
How is the coffee roasted?
Raw coffee is loaded into a large roasting machine with a drum that's been pre-heated to 240 degrees. After 12-15 minutes (depending on the type of roast), the beans will transition from the drum to a cooling tray.
Allergy restrictions - what products contain allergens?
Tom's Morning Magic Blend contains milk and gluten. All other items are allergen free.

How many servings per bag?
Our ground coffee bags make around 16 cup sized servings of coffee. Our coffee pods come in 18 or 100 count servings. Our Instant Coffee Stocks come in packs of 10.
How much caffeine is in one cup of brewed coffee?
An average cup of coffee contains 95 mg of caffeine.
How much caffeine is in one K Cup?
An average cup of coffee contains 95 mg of caffeine.

Is the coffee vegan?
Tom's Magic Blend contain milks, but all other flavors are vegan.
Is the coffee organic?
The coffee is not organic.
What is the difference between the coffee in the stick, the pod, and the ground bag?
The different items cater to preferred methods of preparation. The quality is consistent regardless of the product choice.

Do you offer discounts for Veterans?
Yes, we offer discounts for Military (active duty & veterans) and Military Families (spouses & dependents) through GovX.

Discount details:
- All codes generated from the Hanx link are unique to our store.
- All codes are single-use, so they cannot be shared.
- Customers are limited to 1 code every 24 hours. If you have an unused code and attempt to use a new code, we will re-issue the existing code.
