Can you describe a happy moment from your time in the service?
A happy moment is a recent one. I supported the Afghan evacuation. It was happy for me because I think about the amount of people we served, and How all of the service members sacrified so much to support the effort.
Who was your best friend in the military during your time at war? Do you still keep in touch with them today?
I have a couople of close friends from my service and I keep in touch with all of them still.
Do you have advice for those transitioning out of the military?
My advice is to create the best plan possible with the understanding that it will not go 100% as planned. Find and lean on your community to help you succeed. You cannot do it alone, so ask for help early and often
